what we offer

  • MAT: These sessions let you experience the power of somatic movement and purposeful music in a physical challenge in a connected, community-based practice. The schedule includes a variety of offerings from our original Mat class, as well as sculpt sessions that include props such as bands, blocks, and weights.

CYCLE: Rhythm-based classes blend music, movement, and messaging to create a physical and joyful workout. These full-body sessions include sprints, hills, core work, and upper body. Classes are low choreography, focus on form, and for all fitness levels.

DANCE: Rooted in rhythm, expression, and freedom of movement. Each class reflects the instructor’s unique style and musical tastes, making every session a fresh blend of sweat, release, and joy. All levels and no choreography experience required.

STRETCH: Slower, restorative practice centered on deep stretching, gentle mobility, and breath-led movement. Designed to support recovery and nervous system regulation.

Happier Hours: This live event series is always a mix of a few things—most notably, movement and music.

Each installment is unique in its offering, but the series as a whole is rooted in community and human connection, with a drive to cultivate feelings of joy and hope.

  • After searching high and low, we noticed that there just weren’t enough places where big-hearted people could gather, move and heal, and explore what’s possible. The Drop In has hosted retreats both domestically and internationally in Costa Rica, Austin, TX, and will head to Marche, Italy and Vermont and additional locations to be announced in 2026.

We believe movement is medicine, and that its impact is even more powerful in new surroundings. It’s with this in mind that The Drop In’s retreats were crafted— combining travel, movement, food, music, and nature.
