THE DROP IN MEMBERSHIPS
Not Home. Not Work. Something Better.
Be There From the First Beat.
The Drop In's 1118 King Street studio is a (literal) home for music-led movement and real human connection, and a membership is how you enjoy the best this third space has to offer.
Building a ritual in our space means the best pricing, and first looks at the events and collaborations we’ve become known for. It is an invitation to belong to something built with intention, care, and community at its core. If you've been waiting for a studio like this, now is the moment.

our classes
cycle
Rhythm-based rides that prioritize form, power, and endurance, set to purposeful music that drives the room. With minimal choreography, these physical, yet accessible classes mix sprints and hills paired with upper body work and optional weights.
Mat Movement
Our Mat classes are rooted in music-led movement and somatic awareness, focusing on either intentional strength or stretch and restoration. Each offering is designed to meet you where you are, so we can all move forward, together.
dance
Our Dance offerings are music-led, joy-fueled, and rooted in expression. Designed for everyone, they create space to move freely, build confidence, and connect through rhythm.
the space
The space at 1118 King Street has been thoughtfully restored, with care taken to reimagine the historic craftsman bungalow. Working alongside local architects, designers, and craftspeople, we’ve focused on honoring the bones of the building while shaping it into something modern, warm, and welcoming. The second floor houses our spin studio, while the ground floor opens up for mat and dance classes. And when classes aren’t in session, the corner of Poplar and King transforms into a setting for bespoke events and gatherings, serving as a true living room for the North Central community, purpose built for connection.

While traditional yoga and pilates focus on specific poses and technical alignment, our mat classes are rooted in somatic movement—focusing on how your body feels rather than how it looks. We blend the toning of sculpt with the freedom of dance and the energy of rhythm-based movement to create a cathartic experience designed for emotional and physical release. It’s less of a clinical workout and more of an intuitive, music-driven practice that helps you “drop in” to your body and sweat out what you need.
