The Drop In is a vessel for diverse experiences that drive human connection.

Through our values of transparency, curiosity, and compassion, we create programming for human pollinators: those who are curious and want to contribute.

Drop in with us—and find the friend, idea, movement, or moment that’s worth sharing.

OUR STORY

Meeting nearly a decade ago, co-founders Gillian Zettler and Chandler Frisbie immediately realized they shared three core principles: the positive impact of movement on mental health; the potential of music as medicine for the soul; and the value of travel as a source of inspiration and new ideas.

The conversations that became The Drop In centered on our shared vision: to create more spaces and experiences that nurtured holistic well-being for all humans.

We’re convinced that ideas and experiences are more powerful when shared with others. Through what we do, we hope to create a sense of curiosity and discovery, a desire to share and listen more, and a connection to individual purpose and bravery.
