Here & Now is The Drop In’s in-between space: not quite a Happier Hours, but more than a typical class. These sessions, launched on February 29 of the leap year, are based on the concept of celebrating the unexpected extras—a way to use this time to come together and move, laugh, and learn. 

Here & Nows combine 50 minutes of cathartic movement, led by The Drop In founders Gillian Zettler and Chandler Frisbie, with a surprise bonus—whether it be an unusual location, a local partner, or another addition that asks you to be extra present in the moment.
