    We believe movement is medicine, and that its impact is even more powerful in new surroundings. It’s with this in mind that The Drop In’s retreats were crafted— combining travel, movement, food, music, and nature.

  • This live event series will always be a mix of a few things – most notably, movement and music.

    While each installment will be unique in its offering, the series overall will be rooted in community and human connection to help combat the global epidemic of loneliness and lack of belonging, and the drive to cultivate more feelings of joy and hope.

    Happier Hours brings together some of our favorite people and ideas, and offers an in-person experience rooted in movement, laughter, and learning.

  • Here & Now is The Drop In’s in-between space: not quite a Happier Hours, but definitely more than a typical class. These sessions are based on the concept of celebrating the unexpected extras—a way to use this gifted time to move, laugh, and learn together.

    Here & Nows combine 50 minutes of cathartic movement, led by Gillian and Chandler, with a surprise bonus—whether it be an unusual location, a local partner, or another addition that asks you to be extra present in the moment.

  • MAT 50: These 50-minute sessions allow you to experience the power of cathartic movement, purposeful music, and a physical push in a community-based, deeply connected practice.

    CYCLE 50: Coming soon! A purposeful blend of music, movement, and messaging, Gillian and Chandler’s cycling classes are intentionally crafted to be both physical and joyful. This full-body workout combines sprints, hills, choreography, core work, and weights.

  • Are you looking to go deeper in your practice in a small-group or private session? Private sessions are great for groups visiting from out of town and friends looking to gather and connect through movement. These classes may be booked in a non-traditional setting to allow you to drop into your surroundings.
