move with us

The Drop In’s approach to movement is rhythmic, energetic, accessible and fun. While teaching styles vary from coach to coach classes are as cathartic as they are physical. We care deeply about form, functionality, and fun.

The studio offers rhythm-based cycle classes, a variety of mat-based classes ranging from the OG somatic practice laced with influences of cardio, nods to pilates, and somatic work, as well as sculpt and stretch offerings. Additionally, you’ll find Dance offerings and a variety of specialty workshops all contained under one roof and one membership. Situated in the beautiful North Central Neighborhood in Downtown Charleston, you have the chance to experience their transformative combinations of movement and music seven days a week.

Outside of your class sessions, expect to see a variety of events, retreats, and experiences to deepen your connection to the community.

    MAT

Our Mat classes are rooted in music-led movement, somatic awareness, and intentional strength. Each offering is designed to meet you where you are and move you forward, together.

The OG: Our original Mat class blends rhythmic, full-body movement with pops of cardio and sculpting, grounded somatic principles and purposeful music. Accessible, cathartic, and built for connection.

Mat Sculpt: A strength-forward mat class using props like bands, weights, and blocks to build stability, endurance, and functional power. Intentional, challenging, and rooted in rhythm and control.

Mat Restore: A slower, restorative practice centered on deep stretch, gentle mobility, and breath-led movement. Designed to support recovery, nervous system regulation, and a true exhale.

    CYCLE

Rhythm-based rides that prioritize form, power, and endurance, set to purposeful music that drives the room. With minimal choreography and a strong foundation of sprints, hills, and upper body work with optional weights. These classes are physical, accessible, and fueled by collective energy.

Cycle 45: A rhythm-driven ride that blends music, movement, and moments of intensity into an accessible, full-body experience. Efficient, energizing, and built to shift your mindset.

Cycle 60: A longer, deeper rhythm ride that allows for more intervals, more release, and more time in the music. Endurance-forward, immersive, and designed to carry you through peaks and resets.

Soulful Sunday: A heart-forward, 60-minute ride rooted in reflection, intention, and connection. Expect music that carries emotional weight, that’s soul-forward, and expansive. This is a weekly ritual to move, feel, and reset together that stays with you long after you clip out.

  • Dance

Our Dance offerings are music-led, joy-fueled, and rooted in expression. They create space to move freely, build confidence, and connect through rhythm.

Dance 60: A 60 minute dance experience that’s equal parts sweat and release. Designed to help you let go, move boldly, and move as a collective. Expect the instructor’s unique musical tastes and style reflected in each session.

Hip Hop Workshop: A full hour, all-levels dance class focused on rhythm and self-expression. Designed for beginners and advanced movers alike, this session requires no choreography background. Expect an accessible, supportive space to learn, play, and connect.

  • Stretch

    Mat Restore
A slower, restorative practice centered on deep stretch, gentle mobility, and breath-led movement. Designed to support recovery, nervous system regulation, and a true exhale.

    Sound Bath
A guided rest experience that weaves intentional breathwork with layered sound and vibration to support deep relaxation and nervous system reset. No movement required. Sound Baths provide space to lie down, breathe, listen, and restore.
