A charismatic coach who is comfortable leading from the front, and just as powerful holding space from the back.
Hungry to grow, give, and receive feedback to evolve your skills as a coach and leader.

Enthusiastic about being a part of a women-owned small business making ripples.
Energetic, flexible, and bring a “let’s make it happen” mindset to a small team, where everyone contributes in big ways.
Someone who loves building from the ground up and understands that in small business, we all pitch in to shape what’s next.
YOU HAVE:
Group fitness or movement teaching experience (Preferred, but not required: 1-2 years of additional group fitness certification(s), previous cycle or mat-based movement instruction, athletic experience, dance or performance instruction.)
A strong understanding of rhythm, musicality, body awareness, and confidence leading a room.
Clear communication and time management skills.
The required availability to coach two or more classes on the schedule weekly.
Flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
The scheduling availability to show up at least 30 minutes before and after your scheduled class time to greet guests and to ensure the studio is clean and prepared before and after you coach.

From there, we’ll reach out to schedule a live cycle and/or mat audition and a short interview the following week. If it’s a fit, we’ll discuss the next steps, the onboarding process, and what it takes to get on a mic!
