LE PETIT RETREAT GIVEAWAY RULES & REGULATIONS

1. SPONSOR

This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by The Drop In, located in Charleston, SC (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at 7:00 AM ET and ends on Sunday, February 23 at 8:00 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received before the deadline.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter the Giveaway in one of two ways:

Instagram Entry:

1. Follow @thedropin__ @millshousehotel and all other accounts as outlined in the Instagram post.

2. Like the Giveaway post.

3. Tag a friend in the comments. Each additional comment with a tagged friend counts as an additional entry.

Alternate Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary):

Participants may enter the Giveaway without following or tagging by completing the alternate entry form below during the Entry Period.

5. PRIZE

Two (2) tickets to Le Petit Retreat taking place on April 13, 2025 at the Mills House Hotel. The approximate retail value of the prize is $270. No cash or prize substitutions are allowed.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message or email (if entered via the alternate entry method). If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to:

• Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

• Release and hold harmless the Sponsor and Instagram from any liability.

• Grant permission for the Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. PRIVACY

Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

9. DISPUTES

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of South Carolina.
